Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. will conclude an official partnership agreement with FC BASARA HYOGO, a local football club in Kobe, effective April 1, 2026. Kobe City Nishi Ward, where "FC BASARA HYOGO" is based, is also home to the "Kobe Wine" winery, which our company acquired in 2024, and is an area with extensive grape fields. By deepening cooperation between the two parties active in the same region, we will contribute to regional revitalization through the power of sports and local industries.

**■FC BASARA HYOGO** A football club operated by General Incorporated Association Meister, based in Nishi Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. It has teams in all categories, from elementary school students to adults, and its adult team belongs to the Kansai Soccer League Division 1. From the 2024 season, former Japan national team player Shinji Okazaki, who serves as a director of the association, will take office as coach. The club has publicly stated its goal of "entering the J-League within 5 years" from fiscal year 2025 and is focusing on strengthening its team by acquiring J1 players such as Keisuke Shimizu from Cerezo Osaka. Furthermore, the club also owns FC Basara Mainz in the German 6th division. It is dedicated to creating an environment where Japanese players can challenge themselves overseas, and one of its attractions is fostering global talent, allowing BASARA players and coaches to transfer between Japan and Germany. It is currently active as a club representing Hyogo Prefecture in both name and reality.
