Until now, our company has been a sports company solely responsible for the sports business of the Hakuhodo DY Group, dedicated to creating value in sports. This role and stance will remain unchanged even after the name change.

This name change was implemented against the backdrop of becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hakuhodo Inc. in April 2025, aiming to integrate management, business, and brand, and to more clearly define our company's direction.

Moving forward, our company will leverage Hakuhodo's 'Seikatsusha Insight' (consumer-centric thinking) as its core principle. We will view sports not merely as content or a rights business, but as a 'management asset' that connects companies and society, and we will consistently handle everything from the conceptualization to the implementation of its value.

While our company name has changed, our established partnerships and business foundation remain the same. We will continue to connect consumers, companies, and society through sports, striving for sustainable value creation.
