"Body Measurement Pod," Popular at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, Makes its Debut in a Tokyo Metropolitan Area Office Building

The PHR Connect Joint Venture, composed of Hakuhodo Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kenji Nagura), BIPROGY Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Takashi Ueda, hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan") to install the "Body Measurement Pod," which gained popularity at the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion during the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo, in the Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower. The personal healthcare "DotHealth Body Measurement Service" (hereinafter "the service") will be launched on May 19, 2026. This marks the first time this service is being offered in an office building in the Tokyo area. At the Osaka-Kansai Expo, the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion attracted over 5.53 million visitors, and the "Reborn Experience"—checking one's health status with the "Body Measurement Pod" to visualize health and promote behavioral change—became a hot topic. The PHR Connect Joint Venture aims to prevent this Reborn Experience from being a one-off event at the Expo and to integrate it into daily life. As part of continuing the Expo's legacy, the service is currently offered at four locations in Osaka Prefecture. Against the backdrop of growing corporate interest in health management and human capital, the importance of initiatives that contribute to employee well-being is increasing. This installation primarily targets office workers in the Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower and surrounding offices, providing an environment where they can visualize their health status in their daily lives, aiming to create new health habits starting with "measuring." As part of its "&BIZ" service for office workers, Mitsui Fudosan will deploy this as an initiative contributing to the health promotion and well-being of tenant company employees. Furthermore, by making the service available to visitors to the area, we aim to spread its impact throughout the city and establish a new healthcare experience. Installation of the "Body Measurement Pod" (Nihonbashi Muromachi Mitsui Tower, B1F) ■ Significance of the Service The Body Measurement Pod can measure health levels in six areas: cardiovascular, hair, skin, teeth, brain, and musculoskeletal. By following the device's instructions, users can obtain data on about 50 items, including pulse and skin oil levels, in about 8 minutes. They can accumulate and check their measurement results on a dedicated web app with graphs and other visuals. By using it regularly, such as once every three weeks, users can track changes in their physical condition. The service aims to lead to changes in users' health awareness and behavior through continuous use, realizing sustained health support in daily life. It is envisioned that office workers will use it during lunch breaks or between work tasks for daily health monitoring and to foster health awareness through sharing results, thus being utilized continuously in daily life. It is also expected to contribute to productivity improvement through condition management.
