Speaker Introduction

Leading Mark, Inc. Representative Director & President: Yuji Iida

Born in 1985 in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Graduated from Asano High School in 2004 and entered the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo in 2005. Concerned that only 18% of Japanese people feel a sense of fulfillment in their work, he founded ist Inc. in January 2008 while still a student. In September 2011, the company was renamed Leading Mark, Inc., and has been developing career support platform "Mikiwame AI" and other recruitment and employment support services.

He has held positions including Senior Managing Executive Officer and Head of Human Resources at Mitsubishi Motors, Executive Officer at Uniqlo, Representative Director of Eddie Bauer Japan, Director of Human Resources at IBM Japan, Director and Executive Officer in charge of HR at Hewlett-Packard Japan, Group Executive Officer and Head of Talent Development Center at MISUMI Group, and Director and Head of Human Resources at Japan M&A Center. He also hosts the cross-generational learning forum "Ariga Juku" and the "CHRO Training School" to develop HR leaders with a management perspective. He received the Japan HR Award in 2020. He assumed the position of Executive Officer in charge of HR at Hajimari Inc. in November 2024.
