H&A Create PC School Tsurugamine (Location: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative: Hisashi Shimizu), which provides education on a wide range of computer usage methods, in a joint operation with Tatsuhiro Nakamura (Location: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; Representative of Iimirai LLC), will begin accepting applications for its 'Migakuriate' service—a subscription-based educational video platform for individuals (covering Excel, Word, basic Windows, etc.)—to be offered to PC schools nationwide starting Thursday, April 9, 2026.
This service provides video teaching materials that can be used directly on PCs, with unlimited viewing during the contract period. By offering this service, it becomes possible to support PC schools facing challenges such as instructor shortages, the burden of material creation, and inconsistencies in teaching materials. As a result, PC schools can reduce the burden of instructor recruitment and the time spent on material production, allowing them to conduct classes more efficiently.

Background of the Service Launch It is often said that general companies are lacking digital talent and that reskilling is necessary. However, we feel that PC schools, which are responsible for training this digital talent, are also facing an increasing number of challenges, such as: ・Increased expense burden for recruitment due to instructor shortages ・Inconsistencies in teaching content due to differences in instructor experience and know-how ・Variations in content created by different material producers ・Increased time and labor burden for creating or updating teaching materials ・Responding to the diversification of student age groups and learning objectives Especially for individual or small to medium-sized schools that create their own materials, the burden on instructors becomes significant while they are also conducting regular classes. Furthermore, inconsistencies in material content based on an instructor's know-how also become a challenge. To solve these issues, we have decided to provide video teaching materials that can be utilized by PC schools nationwide.
Service Overview This service was originally developed as a subscription-based educational video platform for individuals (covering Excel 365, Word 365, basic Windows, etc.), but the materials are designed to be used directly in PC school classes. <Target Materials> ・Excel 365 Basics ・Word 365 Basics The price for an annual contract for the basics (Word, Excel) course is 36,960 JPY (tax included) per year. Other videos, such as basic Windows tutorials, will be released sequentially, with some products potentially incurring separate charges.
Service Features ① Video materials that can be used directly in class. There is no need for each school to make new capital investments. Sample files used in the videos are also included. ② Unlimited viewing of video materials with an annual contract. Videos can be watched any number of times during the contract period. ③ Reduces the burden of material creation. Schools no longer need to create their own teaching materials. There is also no need for schools to modify the videos. ④ Compatible with both in-person and online classes. The materials can be used for in-person classes in the classroom as well as for online classes.
<Examples of How to Leverage the Service's Features> ・Use the provided video materials in an in-person course, with the instructor answering questions. ・Use as supplementary video material after students have studied with existing textbooks. ・Utilize as review material after watching the videos.

The intermediate and advanced versions will cover practical content to help students improve their work efficiency in the workplace. We are also considering providing support for digital skill enhancement, and will expand our range of practical materials, including AI utilization support and programming skill-up support, as well as content to support the operation of PC schools.
