We offer a lineup that captures the rustic flavors and playful spirit of Okinawa, including classic dishes like 'Fuu Champuru' and 'Tofu Champuru,' 'Okinawa Greens Champuru' made with crisp local vegetables, and creative champuru dishes inspired by Okinawa soba.
