GVA TECH Adds Two Types of 'Approval Functions' to Legal Automation Tool 'OLGA'

GVA TECH Inc. has announced the addition of two types of 'approval functions' to its legal automation tool 'OLGA', which visualizes the legal department's response approval flow when receiving consultation or contract review requests from business departments. This feature reduces the man-hours spent on rework for legal requests while simultaneously realizing legal workflows within 'OLGA', thereby enhancing operational efficiency and internal controls. The 'Internal Team Approval Function' allows users to request approval from legal team members or supervisors within 'OLGA' regarding response policies or contracts for each case. By leaving the approval process within 'OLGA', it becomes possible to accurately visualize the history, such as 'legal checked the case' or 'the legal manager approved the response to the business department.' The 'Pre-Request Approval Function' allows the requester side (business department) to complete the approval flow within 'OLGA' before officially requesting the legal department. This sends notifications to approvers via email, Slack, or Teams, and approvers can perform approval tasks without needing an 'OLGA' account.
