Regarding Price Revision of Plastic Products

Gunze Limited announces that it has decided to revise the prices of products sold by its Plastics Company.

### Background and Reasons
Recently, crude oil and naphtha procurement prices have rapidly soared due to the tense situation in the Middle East. Consequently, raw material manufacturers have successively implemented significant price revisions (increases), leading to an extremely severe situation where we are forced to accept these cost increases to maintain a stable supply of products.

At our company, we have made efforts to absorb costs through self-help measures such as thorough reductions in manufacturing costs and improvements in logistics efficiency. However, in addition to raw material costs, further increases in logistics costs and auxiliary material costs have far exceeded the scope that can be handled by our own efforts.

Therefore, in order to maintain product quality and fulfill our social responsibility to provide a stable supply to customers, we have reluctantly decided to implement price revisions as follows:
