Mieruka SFA is an optional feature that Mieruka Cloud users can add to centrally manage and visualize sales activity data such as customer information, meeting progress, and daily reports. Since online meeting data conducted on Mieruka Cloud is automatically reflected in the SFA, existing users can utilize it without additional integration settings. The biggest feature of Mieruka SFA is that it is provided as an optional feature of Mieruka Cloud, allowing online meeting data to be reflected in the SFA automatically without extra setup. Previously, sales representatives had to manually input meeting details and customer information into CRM/SFA after online meetings. Because Mieruka SFA operates on the same platform as Mieruka Cloud, data such as meeting history, participant information, and meeting duration are automatically captured, significantly reducing input labor and improving data accuracy. This integrated design allows for a seamless, end-to-end operation from meetings to customer management. Mieruka SFA provides functions to centrally manage and visualize: Customer Information Management, Meeting Progress Management, Daily Report Management, and Dashboards. These functions allow sales managers to grasp the team's activity status and meeting progress instantly, while sales representatives can focus on their activities. Unlike general SFA products that require external integration settings or API development, Mieruka SFA functions immediately upon addition. We believe the ability to complete everything from online meetings to customer management and daily reporting on a single platform is our unique competitive advantage. We also view this as an upsell product for existing Mieruka Cloud contract companies, contributing to higher customer unit prices. SOBA Project plans continuous feature expansion, including AI-driven meeting analysis, automated sales forecasting, and insight generation linked with Mieruka Cloud's recording and transcription data. We also plan to collaborate with the AI technology of our group company, Ureru AI Marketing, to promote the intelligentization of overall sales activities. While the impact on our consolidated performance for the current fiscal year is expected to be minor, we anticipate a positive contribution to the fiscal year ending July 2026.
