However, the target of this share acquisition is the businesses excluding these esthetic and restaurant businesses.

Furthermore, the ratio of the esthetic business and restaurant business to the sales and profit/loss of the relevant company is limited, and the impact on the operating results and financial condition of the relevant company over the past three years is minor.
