Yamaha, Yamaha Motor, and Shunkado Launch 'GAKKI SABLE' and 'NORIMONO SABLE'!

Shunkado Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture; President: Takahiro Yamazaki; hereinafter "Shunkado"), in collaboration with Yamaha Corporation (hereinafter "Yamaha") and Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Yamaha Motor"), will launch "GAKKI SABLE" (Musical Instrument Shortbread) and "NORIMONO SABLE" (Vehicle Shortbread) on Wednesday, April 1st. These products are based on the theme of the "spirit of craftsmanship" rooted in the Enshu region.

The Enshu region is known as a hub for industries that have supported Japanese manufacturing, including musical instruments, transportation equipment, and textiles. The three companies, representing the distinct fields of music, mobility, and confectionery, have each been active in their respective sectors. While Yamaha and Yamaha Motor share common roots, they continue to take on global challenges in the fields of music and mobility, respectively. This initiative aims to deliver the uncompromising attitude toward craftsmanship—a trait shared by companies in the Enshu region—and the desire to make both companies' products feel more accessible to many people through the medium of sweets.
