● About 'Shin Shinonome -Onmyo no Miko-' Play as Yono, a shrine maiden searching for her missing older brother, an onmyoji, in this strategy-based roguelike horror game where you challenge a mansion filled with 'Mononoke' (spirits) whose layout changes every time you enter. 'Sound' is a crucial element of gameplay; you must listen to noises from adjacent rooms to identify the type of Mononoke, or lure them into trapped rooms using sound to defeat them. It is not just about defeating the spirits, but sometimes utilizing them to your advantage. While you can use action to survive, careful observation and strategic planning are the keys to success. The game does not require difficult controls, making it accessible even for those who are not skilled at action games.
・Three playable modes featuring a total of 53 mansions [Harahe (Purification)] A story-driven mode where the protagonist, Yono, travels to various locations searching for her brother while fulfilling requests from the head family. The mansion (dungeon) layouts are fixed, with Mononoke and items placed in specific spots, allowing for puzzle-like strategy.
[Misogi (Ablution)] A roguelike mode where you aim to escape from small, randomly generated mansions. It can be cleared in as little as a few minutes, allowing for casual enjoyment similar to an escape game.
