　GMO Tenbin AI, Inc. (President & CEO: Hiroki Yamashiro), a member of the GMO Internet Group (Group Representative: Masatoshi Kumagai), began offering "Personalization Features" for "Tenbin AI byGMO" and its corporate service "Tenbin AI Biz byGMO" starting April 1, 2026. These features include the "AI Memory Function," which allows the AI to remember users' preferences, work styles, and writing styles from past conversations, enabling optimized responses without needing context explanation each time. Also available is "Secret Chat," which allows privacy-focused conversations without retaining chat history.

【Background of Feature Development】

　Until now, both "Tenbin AI byGMO" and "Tenbin AI Biz byGMO" were designed such that conversations were reset each time. Users had to explain their work style and requests every time they started a new conversation, and we received many requests from users saying, "I want the AI to remember me."

On the other hand, as the business use of AI expands, there is a growing demand for privacy considerations, such as "I don't want certain conversations to be recorded by the AI" or "I want to chat without referring to past conversations," and for AI to provide unbiased opinions. To meet these needs for improved convenience and privacy protection, we developed the "Personalization Features."

【Personalization Feature Details】

＜AI Memory Function＞

　Based on past conversations, the AI automatically remembers and utilizes the user's preferences, work style, and writing style. Since this is automatically reflected in subsequent conversations, the effort of repeating the same explanations each time is eliminated.

●Automatic Memory Generation

　Once a day, the AI organizes and saves user characteristics based on conversations up to the previous day. Information such as "prefers bullet points" or "works as an IT engineer" is accumulated and automatically utilized from the next conversation onward.

●Toggle Memory Reference ON/OFF for Each Conversation

When starting a conversation, you can choose whether or not to refer to the memorized information for each conversation.

●View and Delete Memories

You can check the content remembered by the AI at any time. Unnecessary memories can be deleted individually or in bulk.

＜Secret Chat＞

This is a privacy-focused conversation mode that leaves no trace in chat history or AI memory. It is suitable for conversations that you do not want to be recorded, such as evaluations, performance reviews, or personal consultations.

●Instant Activation with a Dedicated Button

Secret Chat can be started immediately by simply clicking a dedicated button located in the upper right corner of the screen.

●No Trace in History or Memory

Secret Chat conversations do not appear in the chat history list, and both writing to and referencing AI memory are disabled.

●Completely Deleted After 30 Days

Although conversations do not appear in the history list, for security and legal reasons, the content of conversations is retained internally within the system for a maximum of 30 days (*). After 30 days, they are automatically and completely deleted.

(*): Secret Chat conversations cannot be viewed or restored by you or third parties, except in cases of security or legal emergencies.
