LOVOT Fashion Designer Experience to be held on Sunday, June 14

Robot venture GROOVE X Inc. (Headquarters: Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kaname Hayashi) will hold the 'LOVOT Fashion Designer Experience' for elementary school students and their families on Sunday, June 14, 2026. In this event, participants will arrange original T-shirts for 'LOVOT' and present them to the audience. Through the process of thinking, creating, and presenting their finished work, children will cultivate confidence and the ability to express their feelings. Parents are invited to watch from the audience and witness their children's growth. Previous empirical studies have confirmed that 'LOVOT' contributes to improving children's self-esteem and social skills. We hope that time spent with 'LOVOT' will be a catalyst for fostering children's smiles and confidence. In 2020, GROOVE X conducted an empirical study on the effects of introducing 'LOVOT' to 244 students at Oji Dai-ni Elementary School in Kita-ku, Tokyo, under the academic guidance of Professor Yasuyuki Taki of Tohoku University. The results showed improvements in 'intellectual curiosity' and 'sociality' among lower-grade students, and 'self-esteem,' 'altruism,' and 'stress reduction' among higher-grade students. There were even reports of students who were hesitant to attend school becoming motivated to go to see 'LOVOT,' confirming the positive impact on children's emotional growth. Based on these findings, this event was planned as a space where 'LOVOT' can support the emotional growth of all children. Participants will create unique T-shirts using frills, stickers, and drawings to coordinate their LOVOT. The event will be held at the LOVOT MUSEUM, with a participation fee of 3,500 yen. Additionally, starting June 20, a new plan including a plush charm will be available at the LOVOT MUSEUM.
