The plan is available for a limited time from July 27, 2026, to September 27, 2026, and applications are now being accepted. This plan addresses three challenges in DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising: "burden of producing dedicated creative," "ads are similar and difficult to attract attention," and "effectiveness is difficult to measure." It packages CM creative production (concept design, filming, editing) and the involvement of GRAND MC Erina Iwata, and includes a free brand lift survey (BLS) after broadcast. Products will be delivered as "introductions" through narration in office buildings frequented by HR, general affairs, and management personnel.

"Better Ads, More Easily"—Eliminating Production Burden and "Unseen Effects" with a Single Plan

Many companies considering DOOH advertising face three hurdles. The first is the burden of time and cost to create dedicated creative optimized for each medium from scratch. The second is that BtoB ad creatives tend to be similar, making it easy for viewers to skip over the ads themselves. The third is the difficulty of effectiveness verification, making it hard to know "who was reached and how much" after the ad runs. Even if existing TV commercials are used as-is, they are not suitable for the viewing environment of office buildings.

The new plan, "Elevator Pitch," resolves these three hurdles with a single package. "Elevator pitch" is a business term referring to a short presentation that conveys key points within the few seconds of an elevator ride. True to its name, GRAND has designed it as an advertising experience where the MC "introduces" a product in "15 seconds in an elevator."

The features are as follows:

Feature 1: Dedicated Creative Included in Production—One-Stop Service from Concept Design to Filming and Editing

This is a set plan that includes CM creative production for GRAND advertising. Everything from ordering to broadcast and effectiveness verification can be handled through a single point of contact.

•01 CREATIVE (Creative Production): From concept design and storyboarding to filming, editing, and mastering. Production will be in accordance with the specified format.

•02 CASTING (Casting): Involvement of MC. We handle contracts and portrait rights processing.

•03 MEDIA (Media Placement): Broadcast on the office building media GRAND. Standard/Premium, 2-week/4-week plans available.

•04 REPORT & BLS (Broadcast Report + Brand Lift Survey): In addition to reports on the number of broadcasts and estimated playbacks, a BLS (attitude change survey) will be conducted free of charge.

This plan is offered at a set price that includes CM production and MC casting, in addition to the regular media placement fee, thereby reducing the effort and cost of separately ordering dedicated creative.

Feature 2: Transform Products into "Introductions" in 15 Seconds with the "Narration" of GRAND MC Erina Iwata

GRAND MC Erina Iwata will pitch products and services in 15 seconds on signage within and in the elevator halls of office buildings. The main part conveying the key points is 15 seconds. Including the introduction and closing remarks, each spot will be approximately 20 seconds long.

When a friendly voice, similar to reading the news, narrates, it is perceived as an "introduction" just before "advertising." The tone can be adjusted for each product or service, and the following are examples of presentation styles (all are conceptual outlines):

• Shift the usage scene to the office (e.g., ice cream, beverages)—"A few tens of seconds of cool-down after returning to the office, flushed from being out and about."

• Speak to "the working self" (e.g., high-priced consumer goods like recovery wear)—"Recovery doesn't have to wait until night. Adjust yourself while you work."

• Summarize SaaS/B2B services in 15 seconds (e.g., recruitment/sales support SaaS)—"Should that initial interview really be handled by a 'person'?"

• Make it memorable with unexpectedness or a contrarian approach (e.g., specialty goods)—Create a memory hook with an unexpected remark from the narrator.

Feature 3: Free BLS (Attitude Change Survey) Included After Broadcast—Visualize Awareness and Behavioral Changes

GRAND includes a Brand Lift Survey (BLS) free of charge with all plans. Analyzing by contact and non-contact groups, using a sample of 310, we measure five indicators: "1 Ad Reach Rate / 2 Awareness Rate / 3 Favorability / 4 Purchase Intent / 5 Recommendation Intent." The report after broadcast visualizes changes in awareness and behavior. This avoids the problem of "advertising ran, but the effect is unknown" and provides quantitative data that can inform future advertising decisions.
