[EC Integrated Management GoQSystem] Now Supports Mercari Shops' "Pre-order Sales" Function

GoQSystem Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Takuya Fujimoto) has released the latest update for its cloud-based e-commerce integrated management system "GoQSystem," which now supports the "Pre-order Sales" function launched on Mercari Shops (Mercari Shops) on March 5, 2026 (Thursday). This update enables integrated management of a series of operations, from order acceptance to shipping, for pre-orders placed on Mercari Shops, significantly reducing the operational burden specific to pre-order products.

Background: Resolving "Information Discrepancy Risk" in Pre-order Sales with a System

The introduction of "pre-order products" on Mercari Shops expands new sales opportunities for e-commerce businesses.

However, pre-orders often have a long period between purchase and shipping, during which the buyer's "shipping address" or

"payment method" may change frequently.

To address this issue, GoQSystem has resolved it with a mechanism called "Automatic Overwrite Acquisition of Latest Information Immediately Before Shipping."

This allows sellers to perform shipping operations with consistently accurate data without individually checking for information changes.

Three Key Functions from the Update

With this release, the following functions will be added or changed for Mercari Shops pre-orders:

Detailed shipping information is not retained at the time of pre-order acceptance.

The latest information from Mercari is acquired and overwritten when "Confirm Pre-order" is executed during shipping preparation. Even if the buyer changes their address after placing an order, the package can be delivered to the latest shipping address without manual correction.

・ "Confirm Pre-order" Completed with One Click

A dedicated "Confirm Pre-order" button has been implemented on the order list and detail screens.

With a single click, the following three steps are executed simultaneously, achieving seamless processing:

・Order Confirmation

・Acquisition of Latest Information: Reflects changed addresses and order details

・Payment Authorization: Real-time verification of payment validity

・ "Filtering and Automatic Sorting" to Prevent Missing Payment Errors

"Payment Status" has been added to the order filtering conditions. Payment errors (e.g., expired credit cards) that occur during pre-order confirmation can be immediately extracted and automatically sorted into specific statuses.
