What is the CAIO Training Course for Non-Engineers?

This course aims to go beyond mere utilization of generative AI tools, focusing on redesigning business structures with AI as a premise and building a state where AI agents function as actual labor force. Furthermore, after completing the course, we support the realization of a state where participants can monetize their skills as AI business design consultants (acting as CAIOs).

Background of Course Provision

In recent years, the introduction of generative AI, including ChatGPT, has rapidly progressed. However, for many companies, it remains limited to "partial efficiency improvement of existing operations," and has not led to a transformation of the business structure itself.

The inherent value of AI lies in:

・Designing how much of the work to entrust to AI
・Optimal division of roles with human-led areas
・Designing AI agents to function as an organization

—that is, in the overall reconstruction of operations.

However, human resources capable of realizing these are extremely scarce in the market, hindering the advancement of AI utilization and business transformation in companies. Against this background, we have launched this course with the aim of fostering human resources who, even if they are non-engineers, can undertake AI-driven business design and AI agent implementation.
