Kings Youth Team 2025 Fiscal Year Activity Report and Gratitude

Thank you for your continued support of the Kings. We are pleased to report the conclusion of the 2025 fiscal year activities for the Kings Youth Team.

For the Kings, who advocate for "Okinawa to the World," this year's youth team has been a year of embracing the world more closely than ever and continuously challenging themselves. The time spent honing their skills across language barriers is an invaluable asset for the players. Furthermore, they fully demonstrated their daily achievements in major domestic tournaments, engaging in spirited competitions against strong opponents. The inspiration gained from diverse stages, both domestically and internationally, has strengthened the players physically and mentally, serving as a major driving force for their next steps.

Moving forward, the Kings Youth Team will continue to strive for team building that earns your support, under the activity philosophy of "Nurturing talent to energize Okinawa further." We ask for your continued support as we aim for further development. Once again, thank you for your support of the Kings Youth Team throughout the year. The entire Kings Youth Team sincerely expresses our gratitude.

Kings U18 The Kings U18 achieved 1st place in the "Infrontia B.LEAGUE U18 REGIONAL LEAGUE 2025 (South District)" and fully demonstrated the results of their hard daily training in major tournaments such as the "Infrontia B.LEAGUE U18 ELITE LEAGUE 2025" and the "Infrontia B.LEAGUE U18 CHAMPIONSHIP 2025." Additionally, through international exchanges with teams from China and Taiwan, including the Hong Kong expedition in September last year centered around participating in an international tournament in Hong Kong, they gained valuable opportunities to experience world-class physicality and skills firsthand. Individually, players #29 Shunsuke Miyazato and #13 Jeremiah David Kaito Blake were selected for the Japan national team for the "FIBA U16 Asia Cup." Many other players were named to B.LEAGUE selections and the National Sports Festival junior boys' team, marking gratifying achievements that demonstrate their tireless efforts are at a level competitive both domestically and across Asia.

Kings U15 In its 8th year since establishment, the Kings U15 has grown into a team that gains valuable experience in domestic youth categories, supported by many stakeholders. This season, they achieved their 6th consecutive victory in the Okinawa Arena Cup (Jr. Winter Cup Okinawa Prefectural Qualifiers), reached the Best 8 in the Jr. Winter Cup, and secured their second consecutive championship in the "B.LEAGUE U15 CHAMPIONSHIP 2026." They proved the results of their hard daily training and their unified team spirit in fighting with the motto of "Super High-Speed Basketball." Furthermore, the appointment of Head Coach Tomoya Suehiro as the head coach of the Japan U17 Men's National Team is a great encouragement and a humbling experience for the club, which has been aiming to improve its coaching system.
