Gogin is pleased to announce that it has been selected for the 'Nadeshiko Brand' for the third consecutive year. This award is jointly implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Tokyo Stock Exchange for listed companies with excellent initiatives in promoting women's active participation. This award is the only one in the banking industry nationwide and the only one among companies in all industries in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.

The 'Nadeshiko Brand' is selected based on outstanding initiatives and results in both 'career development support' and 'support for dual-income households and co-parenting,' with emphasis placed on how the connection between management strategy and human resource strategy, including women's active participation, and the improvement of corporate value are told as the company's unique story.

Our bank positions the active participation of women as an important theme related to management, human resource development, and regional contribution, and tackles it from multiple angles across the entire organization. In addition to the strong will of top management, reforms are progressing from the bottom up by employee-driven promotion teams, and initiatives such as personnel system reforms, career support, and inter-industry exchanges are continuously implemented. These efforts contribute to solving regional population decline and labor shortages, with achievements such as a female board member ratio exceeding 30%. Recognized for these initiatives, we have been selected for the Nadeshiko Brand for the third consecutive year.

Our bank will continue to develop diverse career paths, actively support employee career development, and promote the creation of an environment where flexible working styles can be realized regardless of gender, and where employees can grow together.

Our bank's Representative Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer Sawako Yoshioka receives the certificate of selection at the Nadeshiko Brand announcement ceremony.
