Notice of Team Staff Departure (Assistant Coach Ryuta Shiono)

Thank you for your continued support of Seahorses Mikawa. We would like to announce that Assistant Coach Ryuta Shiono will be leaving the team. Comment from Ryuta Shiono: I will be leaving the team at the end of this season. Thank you for allowing me to be involved with Seahorses Mikawa for three seasons. Although we never reached our goal of winning the championship and shared many frustrating moments with you all, I believe we were able to continue growing as a team while embodying the value of 'Kaizen' (continuous improvement) that Head Coach Richman often mentions. I also feel that I have grown significantly myself by experiencing this process with the wonderful players and staff of Seahorses Mikawa. It was very encouraging to be able to play in front of so many fans and boosters. Thank you for your warm support. I am honored to have been a part of the history of this traditional club that I admired since I was a child. Thank you very much.
