GO Inc.'s automated roll call service 'GO Tenko', which contributes to reducing the workload of taxi operation management, will officially begin supporting remote roll call starting June 2, 2026, in addition to the current post-shift automated roll call. Support for pre-shift automated roll call is scheduled for this autumn. 'GO Tenko' is a DX solution that automates the essential daily roll call tasks for taxi operations. With the newly added remote roll call function, roll calls can be conducted by an operation manager at a different office from where the driver departed. Furthermore, if terminals for drivers are provided, multiple people can participate in a video call, allowing one operation manager to conduct roll calls for multiple people simultaneously. This enables taxi operators with multiple offices to consolidate roll call locations and reduces the burden on office staff, who are often strained by labor shortages.
