Certified NPO Good Neighbors Japan (Headquarters: Ota-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Satoshi Koizumi), in collaboration with Redcliff Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo) [1], which boasts the top share in the domestic drone show market, will hold a free "Drone Programming Experience Event" for junior and senior high school students from single-parent families on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
The purpose of this event is to provide children with actual "experiences" to foster their interest in a world they have had little opportunity to encounter, and to create an opportunity to broaden their future options.

[1] Redcliff Inc.'s corporate website indicates that Redcliff Inc. holds the top share in the domestic drone show market, based on Fuji Chimera Research Institute's "Comprehensive Survey of the Video DX Market 2024" (2023 results).
Background of the Event
Children from low-income single-parent families tend to have limited opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities, lessons, and experiences that connect them with people and society due to economic constraints [2]. However, such "experiences" during their growth period have a significant impact on broadening children's interests, forming their self-esteem, and deeply influencing their long-term life choices, such as further education and employment.
Good Neighbors Japan recognizes the current situation where there is a disparity in "experiential opportunities" due to the environment in which children are placed as an issue, and is working to plan and hold various experiential events for children from low-income single-parent families.
Through this event, the organization aims to deliver experiences that lead to a brighter future for children.

The Value of Experience Created Through Corporate Collaboration
We believe this event is an initiative where companies and support organizations collaborate across boundaries to co-create experiences that lead to children's future.
Redcliff Inc., with whom we are collaborating this time, is a leading company in the industry, operating one of Japan's largest drone show businesses and accumulating numerous achievements at domestic and international events, including the Osaka-Kansai Expo. The company is also actively focused on the education sector, offering sales of drones for programming and experiential classes to the general public.
As Good Neighbors Japan, we believe that through collaboration with the technology, knowledge, and human resources of this industry-leading company, we can provide higher quality experiences to children.
On the day of the event, Mr. Komei Sasaki, the Representative Director of the company, will give a talk on career development and how to approach work, based on his own experience of starting a business at a young age and growing it in the drone field.

Mr. Komei Sasaki
Representative Director/CEO, Redcliff Inc.
Born in 1994. Founded Redcliff Inc. in 2019. After filming drone shows for overseas companies, he inspected drone shows around the world and began planning and operating some of Japan's largest drone shows in 2021. He leads the domestic drone show industry with a strong focus on large-scale drone shows.
In August 2024, he was selected for "Forbes JAPAN 30 UNDER 30 2024," recognizing 30 individuals under 30 who are changing the world.
The event will also include both theoretical learning and hands-on experience with drone programming. Participants will learn experientially how to move drones as intended and utilize them in show productions, incorporating simple programming elements while actually touching the drone units.
The experience of seeing the results of their own written programs come to life as "movement" before their eyes will be a valuable learning opportunity for children.

Drone programming is not only an advanced technology but also a field that allows exposure to diverse ways of working, including entertainment and planning skills, which is one of the reasons it was chosen as the theme for this event.
What We Want to Deliver to Children Through the Event
What Good Neighbors Japan emphasizes in this event are the changes in heart that arise through experience, such as:
A sense of "I might be able to do it too"
A realization that "an unknown world is close at hand"
A positive feeling that "trying it is fun"
We want to deliver experiences that encourage children to take the next step, helping them realize their own potential by actively engaging, experimenting, and experiencing success firsthand.
May all children encounter experiences that allow them to envision their own future.
We hope this initiative will be a part of that.
Comment from Mr. Komei Sasaki, Representative Director/CEO of Redcliff Inc.
We received a comment regarding this initiative from Mr. Komei Sasaki, Representative Director/CEO of Redcliff Inc., who is collaborating with us on this event.
We are very pleased to collaborate with Good Neighbors Japan to offer children a drone programming experience.
Through drone shows, we have delivered surprise and emotion to many people, but at its core is the desire to "expand new possibilities through technology." We felt that this initiative was a valuable opportunity to directly deliver that potential to the next generation of children, and so we decided to collaborate.
Drones are a field where diverse perspectives intersect, not only in technical areas like programming and engineering but also in planning and production. We hope that by experiencing it hands-on, children will gain insights such as "I might be able to do this too" and "There's a world like this out there."
In a situation where there is a disparity in experiential opportunities due to environment, we hope that such opportunities will serve as a catalyst to broaden the future choices of each child. We sincerely hope that this experience will be a first step in challenging something and lead to the power to believe in their own potential.
