Kakiya Kodaharu Shimbashi, operated by Globridge Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Makoto Otsuka), will renew its 'Premium All-You-Can-Drink' menu starting Monday, April 27, 2026.
The highlights of the renewed menu are several rare sake brands such as Juyondai, Hiroki, and Denshu. It is very rare to find these included in an all-you-can-drink plan, and our certified sake sommelier has assembled a lineup with confidence, claiming it offers 'top-class cost performance in Tokyo.' Classic drinks like draft beer, sours, and highballs are also included.
All 32+ types of sake are perfect matches for our oysters. We offer pairing suggestions, so please feel free to ask our staff. The oysters we provide are sourced from suppliers we have trusted for many years, with strict management of safety and freshness, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind. A unique charm of our shop is the ability to taste the 'most delicious oysters of the season' throughout the year.
Why not enjoy the pairing of ultimate sake and seasonal oysters for a spring treat or a Golden Week gathering?
