Our company endorses April Dream, an initiative to make April 1st a day for sharing dreams. This press release is the dream of Global Planning Inc.

We, Global Planning Inc. (CEO: Kim Hyon-su), hold up the dream of 'creating a world full of joy in work beyond re-selection.'

We have participated in April Dream for three consecutive years since 2024, continuing to speak of the same dream each year. Today, in our third year, we put this dream into words once more.

We have been talking about the same dream for three years

We first shared our dream here in 2024, and in 2025, we communicated it more clearly as our vision.

Today in 2026, the dream we speak of is still the same.

To create a world full of joy in work beyond re-selection.

You might think we are saying the same thing every year. However, for us, the realization of this dream deepens with each passing year.

Towards a society where re-selection is commonplace

'Should I continue with my current job?'

'Is there a working style that suits me better?'

To the job seekers who hold such thoughts.

And to the companies that want to 'find talent that can truly excel.'

Many of the people we meet daily hold these questions. We believe that having these questions is proof that one is thinking seriously about their own life.

The next option is born from human connections

Centering on our human resources and recruitment business, we operate with the mission to maximize human charm and richness.

We want to deliver satisfying options to both job seekers and companies by proposing environments that leverage strengths not measurable by skills alone, and by creating encounters with talent that matches the company's vision.

What we value in this process is the connection between people. At our monthly engineer community, Tech Connect, we have witnessed many times how new career options are born from connections that transcend job titles and positions. In job change consultations, we have received feedback that the idea of re-selection has encouraged people.

What was a solitary struggle begins to move forward by connecting with others. We have seen that moment time and time again.

The story of CEO Kim Hyon-su

Why do we insist on re-selection? The origin lies in the personal experience of our CEO, Kim Hyon-su.

Born in Korea, he came to Japan at the age of 10. While working as a company employee after graduating from university, he realized the importance of choosing his own life and decided to start a business. The accumulation of his own choices, made even while hesitating, has become the foundation of our current business.

This spring, Kim Hyon-su
