Kyoto Bank (President: Mikiya Yasui), Kyogin Card Service Co., Ltd. (President: Keizo Tokomoto), and JCB Co., Ltd. (Chairman & CEO: Takayoshi Futae) are pleased to announce the conclusion of a "JCB Purchasing Service" (hereinafter, "this service") agreement with Kyoto Prefecture, with the aim of improving the efficiency of payment operations for local public bodies.

This service targets corporations and local public bodies, issuing only credit card numbers without physical cards. By consolidating payments for public utilities and expenses through card settlement, it aims to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs by utilizing credit card functions.
