UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Sapporo, operated by Global Agents Co., Ltd. (HQ: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Go Yamazaki), is renewing its 'UNWIND ROOFTOP BBQ' service. Starting July 1, 2026 (Wednesday), guests can reserve the hotel's top-floor rooftop terrace for an exclusive, private BBQ experience for one group per day.

Located just a 4-minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station, the hotel offers a tranquil, non-daily atmosphere away from the city's hustle and bustle. As the hotel handles everything from food preparation to cleanup, guests can simply arrive and enjoy the true essence of an authentic American BBQ.

This year's renewed menu focuses on the 'Low and Slow' cooking method. Offerings include appetizers like 'Homemade Guacamole & Nachos' and 'Truffle Mayo Potatoes,' along with mains such as 'Cedar Plank Salmon,' 'Short Plate (beef belly),' and 'Baby Back Ribs.'
