Located a 1-minute walk from 'Higashi-Urawa' station on the JR Musashino Line, it is situated on the 3rd floor of the new commercial facility 'Aeon Town Higashi-Urawa', which had its grand opening on March 28, 2026. We support the health of local residents with our proprietary 'GIFT Method', which is based on AI posture analysis and scientific evidence published in the international academic journal 'PLOS ONE'.

## Background of the opening: Responding to the health needs of 'Midori-ku, Saitama City', where the population continues to grow

Midori-ku, Saitama City, has a population of approximately 135,000 and about 60,000 households, and is one of the few areas nationwide where population growth is expected even as of 2050. Rich nature in Minumatanbo and quiet residential areas spread out, with many child-rearing families living mainly in the Omagi, Mimuro, and Nakao areas.

On the other hand, Higashi-Urawa Station is a terminal station on the JR Musashino Line alone, with about 27,000 passengers per day, making it a key commuter route that records a congestion rate of 173% during the morning rush hour. While there are many commuters doing mainly desk work, consultations from those suffering from postpartum pelvic care and physical ailments during child-rearing are also increasing. To meet these local health needs, we decided to open our group's first clinic in Midori-ku, Saitama City.

## What is the new facility 'Aeon Town Higashi-Urawa'?

'Aeon Town Higashi-Urawa', where our clinic is located, is a new commercial facility with 4 floors above ground and 22 tenants in total, born after a period of about 3 and a half years on the site of the former Isetan Eye Plaza Higashi-Urawa store.

The entire facility is designed as a 'Wellness Station' themed around 'food' and 'health', with Maruetsu (supermarket) on the 1st floor and Medical Center Higashi-Urawa (9 clinical departments, 4 clinics) on the 4th floor. Our clinic is located on the 3rd floor, providing an environment where you can receive chiropractic treatments in conjunction with daily shopping and hospital visits. The annual number of visitors is expected to be about 1.5 million.
