Giftee Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Directors: Mutsumi Ota, Tatsuya Suzuki; hereinafter "Giftee"), which operates an e-gift platform business, announced its full-year financial results for the fiscal year ending December 2025 on Friday, February 13, 2026. Driven by sustained high demand for digital gifts, the company reported record-high quarterly figures for both the number of projects and the number of adopting companies (hereinafter "DP") for its corporate and municipal service "giftee for Business." Sales, project counts, and DP counts all significantly exceeded those of the same period in the previous year. Furthermore, since its launch in 2016, "giftee for Business" has expanded its scope from BtoC to BtoE, BtoB, and GtoC. Supported by the development of new gift-giving use cases and the expansion of gift content, the number of projects has grown steadily, reaching a cumulative total of 75,000 as of December 31, 2025.
Since its inception in 2016, "giftee for Business" has met the needs of various corporate campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives across all industries, including survey incentives, store visit promotions, and SNS-based campaigns. In particular, flagship products "giftee Box®" and "Eraberu Pay®" are widely used as incentives for nationwide campaigns and initiatives with diverse participant demographics, as they offer high satisfaction by allowing recipients to choose their preferred gift.
In the fourth quarter, SOMPO Himawari Life Insurance, Inc. adopted "giftee Point Base," a point program infrastructure that enables one-stop management from point issuance to digital gift exchange, as the foundation for its "MY Himawari" app's "MY Hima Point" program. Accumulated points can be exchanged for various smartphone payment service points.
As a new solution in the BtoC domain, Giftee launched the "Performance Media Network" (PMN) on December 1, 2025, a promotion platform specialized in "announcement" and "purchase results" for manufacturer sales promotions. Through PMN, manufacturers can cross-promote across multiple consumer apps and implement purchase-guaranteed promotions using AI-OCR analysis. Participants can upload purchase receipts to earn app points or "Eraberu Pay®" after AI verification.
Additionally, to explore new areas beyond BtoC, Giftee launched a service specialized in "Corporate Gift" in October 2022, designed for companies to build and strengthen relationships with business partners, clients, and employees. Corporate Gift usage is increasing for seasonal greetings and marketing purposes, such as improving engagement with clients and business partners, as well as for employee-focused initiatives.
