giftee Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representatives: Mutsumi Ota, Tatsuya Suzuki; hereinafter referred to as "giftee"), which operates an e-gift platform business (*1), announced on Friday, February 13, 2026, its full-year financial results for the fiscal year ending December 2025. The company revealed that due to the continued high demand for digital gifts, both the number of cases and the number of adopting companies (hereinafter referred to as "DPs") for its corporate and municipal service "giftee for Business" (*2) reached quarterly highs, significantly exceeding the previous year's results in terms of sales, number of cases, and number of DPs. Furthermore, since the launch of "giftee for Business" in 2016, the service has expanded its target audience from BtoC to include BtoE, BtoB, and GtoC. Driven by the development of gift-giving occasions and the expansion of gift content, the number of cases has steadily increased, and we are pleased to announce that the cumulative number of implemented cases has surpassed 75,000 (as of Wednesday, December 31, 2025).
Since its launch in 2016, "giftee for Business" has catered to the needs of various corporate campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives across industries, such as rewards for surveys, customer acquisition incentives, and social media campaigns. In particular, its flagship products, "giftee Box®" (*3) and "Erabale Pay®" (*4), are widely used as incentives for nationwide campaigns and campaigns with diverse participant demographics. In the fourth quarter, SOMPO Himawari Life Insurance, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Yasuki Kume; hereinafter referred to as "SOMPO Himawari Life") adopted "giftee Point Base," a one-stop point program platform that enables everything from point issuance and management to exchange for digital gifts, as the foundation for its "MY Himawari Points" program within the app "MY Himawari." Accumulated "MY Himawari Points" can be exchanged for points from multiple smartphone payment services within the scope of held points.
As a new solution in the BtoC domain, we launched "Performance Media Network" (hereinafter referred to as "PMN") on Monday, December 1, 2025. PMN is a promotional platform that enables manufacturers to achieve sales promotion measures focused on "announcement" and "purchase results." By utilizing PMN, manufacturers can conduct cross-promotional announcements with multiple consumer-facing apps and realize purchase-guaranteed promotions using AI analysis with AI-OCR (Optical Character Recognition). Consumers participating in promotions can transition from banners within each app, upload receipts for the target products, and after AI-based purchase determination, earn app-specific points or "Erabale Pay®.".
Furthermore, to explore new areas beyond BtoC, giftee launched a service specializing in "Corporate Gift" in October 2022. Corporate Gifts are gifts given by companies to their business partners, customers, and employees to express gratitude and build or strengthen relationships.
