Geo Holdings Corporation (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya; President and CEO: Yuzo Endo) and its group company Geo Corporation (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya; President: Yukimasa Murakami) will open 'Luck Rack Ion Mall Takanohara Store' on Friday, April 10, 2026. Luck Rack is an off-price store format that purchases products that have missed their primary sales window or surplus inventory from manufacturers and retailers, selling them at a discount from the manufacturer's suggested retail price. This marks the first Luck Rack location in Kyoto Prefecture.

Geo aims to increase awareness of off-price stores and contribute to a circular economy by expanding the Luck Rack brand not only in major metropolitan areas but also in regional locations.
