In response to a social structure where people are divided by the presence or absence of disabilities, this project aims to create a place where everyone can interact naturally through a new approach that 'does not explicitly preach coexistence'.

In modern society, the daily routines of people with and without disabilities rarely overlap, and opportunities to naturally meet in everyday life are limited. We do not want to consciously engage by holding up the word 'coexistence', but rather, as an extension of everyday pleasures like delicious coffee and art, you realize someone is beside you. We hope to spread such a natural landscape from this facility.

April 1, 2026. 'GENKI INNOVATION CENTER NIIZA' opened in Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture. This is a place to 'implement' a society where everyone from children to adults, regardless of disabilities, can naturally interact in the same place.

We are taking on the challenge of crowdfunding to co-create a new way of society with everyone.

We will run a bus connecting the facility, homes, and society as a catalyst for society as a whole to take on welfare.

Future Prospects

The opening of this facility is not the goal, but the starting line for creating a 'new standard'.

We want to redefine welfare facilities from 'places for limited people' to a 'hub' where anyone in the town can spend time in their own way, and establish a 'multifunctional model' where both those who need welfare and those who do not can drop by at any phase of life, such as pre-and post-natal support and community gatherings.
