Furthermore, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) has recently pointed out issues in certain disability employment businesses, such as 'lack of opportunities for skill development' and 'lack of transparency in employment management responsibilities.'

Moving forward, companies will be strictly evaluated not just on meeting statutory quotas, but on the 'quality of employment' (employment management systems, appropriate task assignment, etc.).

This seminar will explain what essential employment for enterprises means in the current era while decoding the latest administrative trends.
