Creative Club of 'atGP Job-Tore' Disability Employment Support Service to Exhibit at 'ZINE Fest Tokyo'

The creative club of 'atGP Job-Tore,' a disability employment transition support service operated by General Partners Co., Ltd. The 'atGP Job-Tore' creative club is a circle where users, graduates, and support staff of the employment transition support service engage in creative activities during their off-time on Saturdays. Since the launch of their creative magazine 'LINK BE' in September 2021, all processes from planning, writing, proofreading, printing, to bookbinding have been handled jointly by the individuals concerned and their supporters. The activity initially began as part of off-time support at the atGP Job-Tore Akihabara No. 2 office but has now expanded into a community that transcends office boundaries, with participation from users, graduates, and staff from multiple offices including Otemachi, Ochanomizu, and Yokohama. The forms of social participation for people with disabilities are not limited to employment. The act of exploring and expressing one's own 'uniqueness' through the medium of creation and sharing it with others—this activity provides a space for both the individuals and their supporters to open up new relationships and possibilities for themselves. This time, after exhibiting at events like the Literature Flea Market, they are expanding their activities to 'ZINE Fest Tokyo,' a festival of ZINE culture.
