Announcement of Important Personnel Changes in Group Company

GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Naoshi Kataoka) announces important personnel changes to be implemented within its group company.

1) Citram Co., Ltd.

Effective May 1, 2026, the following personnel changes will be implemented:

New Appointment Representative Director and President Daisuke Matsuoka

New Appointment Director Tomohiro Hayashida

*Daisuke Matsuoka will concurrently serve as GENDA Inc.'s F&B Business Manager and F&B Business Sales Department Manager.

*Retiring: Kuniteru Nagae, Miho Shigeiri

● Daisuke Matsuoka

Graduated from Hitotsubashi University, Faculty of Commerce, and completed his MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management. Joined Hakuhodo Inc. in 2002. After being responsible for domestic and international automobile manufacturers, beverage/food manufacturers, and cosmetic brands, he studied abroad in Boston, USA. After returning to Japan in 2016, he served as the launch and overall head of a joint team with a global agency. In 2022, he left Hakuhodo and joined uka Co., Ltd., where he was appointed Director and CMO.

In May 2026, he joined GENDA Inc. and was appointed F&B Business Manager and F&B Business Sales Department Manager (current position).
