GENDA Karaoke Business Organizational Restructuring - Shin Corporation and Melo Works to Merge

We are pleased to announce that Shin Corporation Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Noriyasu Kawaguchi), a group company of GENDA Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Hisashi Kataoka, hereinafter referred to as "GENDA"), and Melo Works Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Noriyasu Kawaguchi), another group company, will merge on April 1, 2026.

Through this merger, the number of karaoke stores operated by Shin Corporation will reach 461 nationwide (Karaoke BanBan: 399 stores, Wakuwaku Group: 62 stores). Additionally, the reservation function "Imakara Reservation," introduced to Karaoke BanBan on March 10 of this year, is scheduled to be introduced to all Wakuwaku Group stores. We will continue to support the DX promotion of each company that joins our group through roll-up M&A.
