GENDA Implements Organizational Restructuring of Karaoke Business: Shin Corporation and Melo Works to Merge

GENDA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Hisashi Kataoka; hereinafter "the Company") announces that its group companies, Shin Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Noru Kawaguchi; hereinafter "Shin Corporation") and Melo Works Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Noru Kawaguchi), will merge on April 1, 2026.

Following this merger, the number of karaoke stores operated by Shin Corporation will reach 461 nationwide (399 Karaoke BanBan stores and 62 Waku Waku Group stores). Additionally, the "Imakara Yoyaku" reservation feature, which was introduced at Karaoke BanBan on March 10 of this year, is scheduled to be implemented across all Waku Waku Group stores. We will continue to support the DX promotion of each company that joins our group through roll-up M&A.
