GenerativeX, Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Rei Araki; hereinafter "the Company") has entered into a basic agreement for a strategic business alliance with Money Forward Consulting, Inc., a group company of Money Forward, Inc.

Currently, Japan faces an urgent shortage of back-office personnel in areas such as corporate planning, accounting, and human resources. Amidst the accelerating social implementation of generative AI, "AI workers"—which autonomously perform tasks without waiting for human instructions—are gaining significant attention. Combining AI agents with widely adopted SaaS platforms serves as a foundation for resolving labor shortages while simultaneously driving business growth and supporting sustainable corporate development.

However, to achieve the expected return on investment in AI, it is necessary to expand its use beyond individual task automation to encompass entire processes and the organization as a whole. This requires comprehensive design and structural development, including requirements definition, data architecture, integration with existing systems, and governance establishment.

Many organizations currently lack the talent to lead AI-driven business design, and many processes remain manual, hindering the data accumulation and systemization necessary for AI. 2. Provision of Custom-Made AI Workers for Autonomous Execution of Unique Business Processes

For companies with unique business processes that are difficult to address with general-purpose products, or those with complex IT environments involving a mix of SaaS and legacy systems, we will design and build custom-made AI workers tailored to their specific needs.
