Gazelle Capital Begins Third Round of Applications for "Antelope," a Free Office Support Program for Entrepreneurs

Gazelle Capital Inc. The program is operated jointly with Sumitomo Fudosan at the startup office "GROWTH Kanda."

Antelope removes the biggest hurdle for early-stage startups – "lack of resources" – by offering zero office costs, direct VC mentoring, and an environment where entrepreneurs at the same stage can learn and grow together.

• Free provision of 2 seats at Sumitomo Fudosan's "GROWTH Kanda" for 6 months (normally: 12,000 yen/seat/month)

"Antelope" is a "free office support program" for entrepreneurs in the preparation, pre-seed, and seed stages.

Selected companies can use up to two seats at "GROWTH Kanda," co-operated with Sumitomo Fudosan, for six months free of charge, whereas it normally costs 12,000 yen (excluding tax) per seat per month to use or register.

About Sumitomo Fudosan's Incubation Office "GROWTH"

Sumitomo Fudosan, which operates over 230 of its own buildings and owns numerous buildings in redevelopment areas across central Tokyo, is developing the "GROWTH" series by temporarily utilizing buildings slated for future demolition due to development.

This allows them to offer offices with stronger price competitiveness than subleased shared offices, making them startup-friendly.
