Gaika Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Daichi Sakamoto; hereinafter "Gaika") has completed the first phase of a collaborative project with Jinba Kensetsu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Urakawa-cho, Urakawa-gun, Hokkaido; Representative Director: Mitsumasa Jinba; hereinafter "Jinba Kensetsu"). In this project, Gaika consistently planned and supervised everything from marketing lectures to content creation and SNS dissemination for university and graduate students invited from all over Japan by Jinba Kensetsu. We also announce that Raiki Kiyohara and Seita Kamiyanagi have been newly appointed as directors to strengthen the management structure, with a view to the full-scale development of regional co-creation projects in fiscal year 2026.

Project Implementation Overview The shortage of workers in the local construction industry is not merely a recruitment issue for a single company but a structural social problem directly linked to the maintenance and survival of regional infrastructure. Jinba Kensetsu, which has been carrying out construction for over 30 years in Urakawa Town, Hokkaido, has set the inheritance of the region to the next generation as a crucial issue, based on the philosophy of "creating a 'Home' to return to, not just a 'House'." This project was launched with the aim of building "public relations assets" that convey the charm of Urakawa Town to young people nationwide, by Gaika implementing its specialized knowledge in SNS marketing and content creation capabilities for the internship activities promoted by Jinba Kensetsu.

Program Implementation Overview Daichi Sakamoto, CEO of Gaika, and Raiki Kiyohara, Director & CEXO (Chief Execution Officer), traveled to Urakawa Town and planned, designed, and supervised the following programs for university and graduate students invited from all over Japan by Jinba Kensetsu.

Lecture Program ① Basic Marketing Course Starting with the basic concept of "what is marketing," the course systematically lectured on the importance of SNS marketing in modern times and the differences in roles between Google and SNS. From the perspective that "only SNS can deliver intuitive encounters to people who do not yet know Jinba Kensetsu or Urakawa Town," the essence of enhancing the appeal of regional resources and digital dissemination was conveyed.

② Short Video Production Course With the theme of producing videos to disseminate the charm of Urakawa Town, practical work from planning and scriptwriting to shooting and editing (CapCut) was consistently lectured. The content was practical, allowing participants to structurally understand "why content is played."

Scenes from the actual lecture Practical Program ① My Perspective Vlog Each intern planned, shot, and produced a 1-minute Vlog, capturing their experiences in Urakawa Town from their own perspective. This content, with the real enthusiasm felt by young people from outside the region, was socially implemented (SNS dissemination).

② Real-time Stories Challenge Based on a script designed by Kiyohara, participants challenged real-time dissemination using Instagram Stories in pairs. Through highly immediate information dissemination, they experienced the practice of SNS marketing.

Project Results A total of 12 university and graduate students from across Japan participated in this program and completed content creation and dissemination for both Vlogs and Stories Challenges. The created content functions as a continuously operated recruitment public relations asset on Jinba Kensetsu's SNS and is utilized as a channel to convey the charm of Urakawa Town and Jinba Kensetsu to the outside world. Furthermore, this was the first visit to Urakawa for both Sakamoto and Kiyohara. Through the implementation of the program on-site, they directly experienced the value of Urakawa Town's "face-to-face community." This experience is accelerating the design of the next phase of the program.

About the Nationwide Expansion of This Program What Gaika emphasizes in regional co-creation is not "getting people to visit once," but "creating reasons for them to return many times." From a transient population that ends with a single visit, human relationships are born through repeated involvement, eventually leading to individuals finding their roles and naturally connecting to employment or relocation. Designing this gradual deepening of relationships is considered the foundation for a sustainable regional economy. Based on the implementation model of "regional companies × next-generation talent × digital marketing" built in this project, we will fully expand partnerships with regional companies and local governments nationwide. In the summer of 2026, as Phase 2 with Jinba Kensetsu, we plan to expand to a joint program involving multiple regional companies. We will widely accept consultations from companies and local governments facing challenges in utilizing regional resources and securing workers, and we will promote our activities as a partner accompanying the development of a sustainable regional economy.

About Gaika's New Management Structure To embody the purpose of "making Japan a country that wins in the world again," we have appointed two new directors to build a system that will drive the full-scale operation of our inbound business and regional co-creation business.

【Introduction of New Directors / Background of Appointment】 Director & CEXO (Chief Execution Officer) Raiki Kiyohara Starting with his participation in the launch of "Hataraku-bu," an in-house new business from NTT Docomo, he gained experience in business operations of support schools for correspondence high schools and BtoB SNS consulting, then oversaw multiple accounts as an SNS director. He created multiple contents with over 1 million views and managed accounts with over 400,000 followers. He joined Gaika in August 2025 as Executive Officer & CEXO and has now been appointed as a director. At Gaika, he is responsible for the forefront of business execution and the promotion of global strategy.

Comment I am Raiki Kiyohara, and I have been appointed as Director & CEXO. Through media operations and SNS, I have witnessed many "valuable things" reaching the world. Through this, I became convinced that Japan still has many wonderful potentials that have not yet reached the world. The purpose that Gaika advocates, "making Japan a country that wins in the world again," is a great challenge for me as well. Leveraging my experience in the digital domain, I intend to steadily accumulate results one by one through co-creation with local communities and our inbound business. Believing in the inherent strength of Japan, I will continue to make my utmost contribution to maximize its value.

Director & CFO (Chief Finance Officer) Seita Kamiyanagi During the COVID-19 pandemic, in the Koshien alternative project "Ano Natsu wo Torimodose" (Bring Back That Summer), as the General Manager of Administration, he supported the fundraising of approximately 25 million yen through crowdfunding and 50 million yen through corporate sponsorship, and built the operational foundation for a total of 4,000 athletes and related parties. He then participated in the "World Catchball Project" and led the back office of public relations events staged at the Osaka-Kansai Expo. At Gaika, he has played a key role in management as head of crowdfunding and the CEO's office, and has now been appointed as a director. He oversees the strengthening of financial and management foundations and business promotion.

Comment I am Seita Kamiyanagi, and I have been appointed as Director & CFO. Last year, after experiencing a year of living abroad and re-examining Japan from the outside, I was once again made aware of the unique charm and potential of this country. This original experience led to a deep empathy for Gaika's vision and my determination for this new challenge. Going forward, I will make the most of my knowledge in organizational foundation building and project promotion cultivated through my experience in the event and media industries, and embody Gaika's purpose of "making Japan a country that wins in the world again."

Future Outlook Gaika Inc. aims to embody its purpose by developing the following two business axes:

① Development of Inbound Business We will become direct players and promote the construction and implementation of our own inbound services, mainly in tourism. We will lead the way in business models that acquire "foreign currency" while staying in Japan.

② Co-creation with Regional Companies (Regional Revitalization & Next-Generation Development) We will expand partnerships with regional companies and local governments nationwide, committing to recruitment public relations support through the implementation of digital marketing and the development of next-generation talent. We will horizontally deploy the model demonstrated in this project to build a new business implementation model for regional revitalization.
