## Background and Content of the Feature
The Kansai Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry publishes specialized booklets by field to promote the business environment of the Kansai region both domestically and internationally. The recently published 'Highly Skilled Foreign Professionals' edition introduces companies that are working on establishing systems to accept highly skilled foreign professionals expected to be active in Japan and on organizational management that leverages diversity.
