Show Corporation (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo) operates driving schools in Kanagawa, Chiba, Gunma, and Niigata prefectures. Aiming to protect its employees by promoting DX in the driving school industry, the company has introduced an AI-powered automated voice reception system for elderly driver courses to improve operational efficiency.
Our goal is to realize the dream of "eliminating the burden of phone support from driving schools nationwide."
And to create a society where all driving schools can focus on "providing value that only humans can."
Background: The "Invisible Limits" Faced by Driving Schools
Currently, many driving schools rely on phone support for over 90% of elderly driver course reservations.
・Staff overwhelmed with reservation calls ・Users frustrated by unanswered calls ・Heavy burden of phone support during busy periods when staff are already dealing with new enrollments and current students
Especially with the increasing demand for elderly driver courses, we are facing the "limits of manual operation."
What We Are Working On
Show Corporation is currently implementing an in-house AI-powered automated voice phone reservation system.
This initiative has been developed, planned, and improved jointly with the provider of the driving school reservation system "Repitte Driving School," based on actual driving school operations.
As a result, it achieves:
・24-hour availability ・No operator required ・Automatic management of reservation information
and is being implemented as a robust system capable of on-site operation.
Furthermore, implementation has already been decided for 18 schools nationwide by June 2026, and the movement towards DX is beginning to spread within the driving school industry.
This is not merely about operational efficiency.
It is a reform to shift from "taking phone calls" to "customer service that only humans can provide."
The Future We Want to Realize
Our dream does not end with mere in-house improvements.
