'Tanoshimiya, Nishinomiya - Seaside Picnic Marche' to be Held

Furuno Electric Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture; President and CEO: Yukio Furuno; hereinafter 'the Company') will participate as a co-sponsor in the event 'Tanoshimiya, Nishinomiya - Seaside Picnic Marche' hosted by Hanshin Engei Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture; President: Hiroshi Uemura), which will be held at Nishinomiyaohama Sogo Park on Saturday, April 11, 2026. This event is organized in collaboration with companies and organizations within Nishinomiya City and the vicinity of the park, offering a variety of content under the theme of experiencing a slightly luxurious everyday life spent by the 'sea' and the 'plaza'.

At the Company's booth, aiming to make children—who are the future generation—love the ocean, we will host the world's most fun fish quiz show presented by our official ambassador, 'Sakana no Oniisan Kawachan'. Through an enjoyable experience of learning about the sea and fish, we will provide an opportunity for children to become familiar with the ocean and deepen their interest. Additionally, as a menu utilizing seafood, we will be serving dumpling soup made with Akamoku, a type of seaweed. By providing a tangible 'tasting' experience, we aim to increase understanding and interest in marine food culture and the marine environment.
