Funds Significantly Renews "Asset Management to Earn Miles" Commemorating Capital and Business Alliance with JAL!

(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Yuichiro Fujita; hereinafter, "the Company"), which operates the fixed-yield investment asset management service "Funds," is pleased to announce a significant renewal of its popular JAL mileage partnership program starting April 1, 2026, commemorating its capital and business alliance with Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Mitsuko Tottori; hereinafter, "JAL"; TSE Prime: 9201).

With this renewal, new account opening benefits will be doubled (*1) from conventional levels, and up to 25,000 miles will be awarded as an investment initiation bonus.
Furthermore, "Monthly Miles" will be fully introduced, allowing investors to continuously earn miles each month through ongoing asset management, providing strong support for everyone's "new mileage life."

## Background of the Alliance and Purpose of this Initiative
The Company announced its capital and business alliance with JAL in March 2026. Funds has previously offered a unique system for earning JAL miles, but this alliance aims to further strengthen the collaboration between the two companies. The goal is to more directly deliver the experience of "enriching travel and daily life through asset management" to JAL Mileage Bank (JMB) members.

This initiative is being implemented to allow more people to experience a new form of asset management (a "mileage life") where they can "steadily earn returns while also accumulating miles."

## Program Overview
Customers who complete their first Funds account opening via the designated program page and meet the specified conditions will be awarded the following miles:

1. Account Opening Miles (1,000 miles, guaranteed)
All individuals who apply for and complete a new account opening and register their JMB membership number will be awarded 1,000 miles, double the previous amount.

2. Investment Debut Miles (up to 25,000 miles)
Customers who invest a cumulative total of 100,000 yen or more within three months of completing their new account opening will be awarded miles according to their investment amount.
