Inspired by the shared cultural characteristics between the port cities of Spain and Fukuoka—where people enjoy leisurely meals under the sun and gather in bars at dusk—this event aims to recreate the atmosphere of Spanish dining through local expertise.
Prior to the promotion, the hotel's executive and pastry chefs visited Spain to experience its food culture and lifestyle firsthand. The resulting menus reflect their interpretations of Spanish flavors and landscapes. Key offerings include:
1. España Meets Fukuoka - Summer Dinner Course A fusion of Spanish bar culture and Japanese ingredients. Highlights include Pintxos with Mentaiko cream cheese, Carabineros Paella prepared with Yame tea dashi, and Yuzu-scented Ajillo.
