FOD, the video distribution service operated by Fuji TV, has decided to exclusively stream the drama "The Azato Kawaii Me Wins," which will begin airing on TOKYO MX on April 2nd (Thursday), starting at 9:54 PM on the same day. New episodes will be distributed every Thursday thereafter.

The drama "The Azato Kawaii Me Wins" is a live-action adaptation of the comic of the same name by Suzushi Amido. It is a new sensation romantic comedy that begins with the protagonist, Kotone Matsushima, who has won at love and life using her "azato kawaii" (cunningly cute) charm, confronting her strongest rival yet.

"I am cute. Because all men are captivated by 'cute me.'" This was both her common sense and her weapon. Kotone, who had a life full of popularity since her school days, is suddenly confronted by Nazuna Sahara, an "advanced azato kawaii girl." Kotone, experiencing the feeling of "losing" for the first time as Nazuna steals all the attention and affection, becomes flustered. Furthermore, even the handsome boss, Masaki Shimizu, whom she has her eye on, is drawn to Nazuna!? However, Nazuna also feels that Kotone is not someone to be underestimated... A fierce battle of "azato kawaii" vs. "azato kawaii" begins, with pride on the line, neither willing to back down.

The lead role is played by Karen Otomo, an actress who has made her presence felt in numerous works such as the movie "Kyojo Reunion/Requiem" and the dramas "Mirai no Musuko" and "Is it a crime to kill the one who took my daughter's life?". She will comically and charmingly portray the confident, devilish, yet somehow lovable protagonist, Kotone. Nazuna Sahara, Kotone's strongest rival and an advanced azato kawaii girl, is played by Reika Sakurai, the former captain of Nogizaka46. Sakurai, who has also been active in musicals such as her solo lead in "DOROTHY ~The Wizard of Oz~" and a co-lead in the drama "Haiiro no Otome," will vividly portray a character loved by both men and women, exuding adult composure and charm. Playing Masaki Shimizu, the boss whom Kotone and Nazuna both fall for, is Ryoga Funatsu, who is active as the leader of the 9-member group "Chotokkyu." He will portray the perfect "ideal boss" in terms of work, appearance, and personality.

A battle between "azato kawaii" individuals, where pride and ego clash fiercely. Masaki's oblivious behavior, as he fails to notice the feelings of Kotone and Nazuna, adds further tension to the love triangle. Will the two azato kawaii girls be able to find true happiness!?
