Fujitennka has been continuously engaged in the renovation of old buildings and asset regeneration projects since 2008. To date, it has also been involved in the renovation of facilities related to Ricoh, Nissan, and Hitachi Transport System. Through many years of on-site experience, facing various challenges from construction period, design, construction, and even maintenance of aging facilities, it has gained unique insights into new accommodation spaces.
NEO-Q is a modular accommodation space developed based on these achievements and experiences. As an alternative to conventional aging facilities, it aims to provide a more comfortable accommodation experience. Its features include shortened construction periods, high standardization through factory production, and reduced maintenance burden after introduction. In addition to complying with building standards, it also has advantages in terms of material recovery and reuse.
Through NEO-Q, Fujitennka will continue to propose high-value-added accommodation spaces for regional revitalization across Japan.
