Hotel Gracery Ginza (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Manager: Kotaro Murasawa) will fully renovate all 108 rooms on the 10th to 13th floors and reopen them as "Executive Floor Smart Rooms" on October 1, 2026. These rooms will allow guests to freely control their beds, lighting, and curtains using an in-room tablet. Advance reservations for stays after the renovation began on July 1, 2026.

With the concept of "Luxury Compact," this renovation aims to achieve a balance of sophisticated ambiance that blends with the Ginza cityscape and advanced functionality within efficiently utilized spaces.

The compact yet comfortable rooms feature high-quality materials, with interiors based on natural teak wood and simple, user-friendly furniture, offering a luxurious and refined space unique to the Executive Floor.

To create a new accommodation experience that goes beyond simply "using" the room to "customizing" it to your preferences, a tablet will be installed in all rooms to freely control the indoor environment. The electric adjustable bed allows for angle adjustments based on the time of day or guest preference, while room lighting brightness and curtain operation are consolidated into tablet controls, realizing an unprecedentedly smart and comfortable stay.

Furthermore, to allow guests to spend more fulfilling time, we will install the "ReFa BEAUTECH DRYER S+" hair dryer and the "ReFa FINE BUBBLE U" high-performance shower head from the beauty brand "ReFa." Sparkling wine will also be provided as a welcome drink in the rooms.
