Hotel Gracery Tamachi Introduces New 'Comfort Double Rooms' with Enhanced Functionality – Reservations Open June 17; Guest Lounge Simultaneously Renovated Offering Coffee and Chef-Crafted Sablé for a Relaxing Stay

Hotel Gracery Tamachi (Minato City, Tokyo; Manager: Yoshimi Kaneko) has fully renovated all 16 of its former Ladies' Rooms into new 'Comfort Double Rooms' and simultaneously upgraded its guest-exclusive lounge. The renovated facilities will open on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. Starting Wednesday, June 17, 2026, the hotel will begin selling commemorative accommodation plans that include breakfast.

Located in Tamachi, one of Japan’s premier business districts with numerous universities and corporate offices, the hotel stands in an area that once flourished as a fishing hub and entertainment district lined with ryotei (traditional restaurants) and inns. For this renovation, the hotel has adopted the concept of 'Kou' (intersection), inspired by the area’s history of blending sea and land, people and culture, past and present. The goal is to create a serene space where guests’ individual moments and encounters naturally overlap and intersect.

■ Comfort Double Room

All 16 existing Ladies' Rooms have been completely renovated and transformed into 'Comfort Double Rooms' accessible to all guests. Retaining their warm ambiance, the rooms now feature carpeted flooring instead of hardwood, a double bed accommodating up to two guests, and a more comfortable, refined design. The compact yet functional layout includes a free space for luggage and storage compartments under the sofa, tailored to meet modern travelers’ needs.

These new rooms will be available through commemorative breakfast-inclusive stay packages starting June 17, 2026, with actual stays beginning September 1, 2026.

■ Guest-Exclusive Lounge

The lounge, available to all overnight guests, features a calm interior with natural tones and greenery, complemented by diverse furnishings to suit various guest purposes. At the center is an open, spacious large table ideal for focused work, while the back area offers counter seats for personal time and sofa seating for relaxed conversations. All seats are equipped with power outlets, aiming to create a comfortable environment tailored to individual needs.

Additionally, as part of lounge service, a new self-drip coffee counter will be introduced, allowing guests to select their preferred brew from a curated selection of coffee beans. The popular 'Chef-Crafted Sablé,' previously offered as a weekend-only item at the breakfast buffet, will also be available in the lounge. Guests can enjoy the 'encounter and discovery' of new coffee aromas and flavors through their personalized cup, while savoring the carefully handmade sablé for a heartwarming, relaxing moment.
