I am Yukiko Fujita, a Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant and a National Certified Career Consultant. I aspire to be a dream alter ego, a catalyst, and an external device that works inclusively to foster new businesses and startups in the VUCA/VANI era through "wall-hitting" (brainstorming/sparring) and accompaniment.
Fujita Create Studio (Representative: Yukiko Fujita, Certified Management Innovation Support Organization, Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant, National Certified Career Consultant) will, under the theme of "Heat Catalyst" for 2026, through wall-hitting and all-inclusive "accompaniment" type support, unravel the ambiguities of entrepreneurs with aspirations, translate them into communicable words, and create a state where realistic steps leading to colleagues, funding, and sales become visible.
Thanks to your support, we celebrated our 5th anniversary on January 11, 2026. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the connections we have made over these five years.

1: What is the 2026 theme "Heat Catalyst"?
▼1-1. Why "Heat Catalyst"?
The Chinese zodiac sign for 2026 is "Hinoe-Uma" (丙午). Both "Hinoe" (丙) and "Uma" (午) possess the nature of "fire," symbolizing a year with bright, sun-like energy that rapidly accelerates things.
No matter how much generative AI evolves, or how capable it becomes at writing well-structured sentences, what ultimately moves people and brings things to fruition is still human "passion" and "emotion." In 2025, after directly hearing from Professor Saras Sarasvathy, the founder of Effectuation, her words "Dreams are important, but how you start is crucial" and "Emotional Leadership (taking responsibility for emotions and moving forward)" reaffirmed this belief.
That's why, in 2026, we aspire to be more than just supporters; we want to be a "catalyst" that ignites the passion of those involved and accelerates chemical reactions.
In the world of chemistry, a catalyst is defined as "a substance that speeds up a reaction without itself being changed." However, I want to be a slightly different kind of catalyst. One where I, too, am updated with each interaction, and the temperature between us rises together. That is a "Heat Catalyst."
▼1-2. Turning burning fire into a "light," not a "burn"
Hinoe-Uma is a year where fire energy overlaps. Instead of just burning, by using the power of fire in the following four ways, things are said to move forward more positively:
・Conclusion: Putting an end to things continued out of inertia, or habits and projects that have served their purpose.
・Acceleration: Setting goals that ignite passion, and moving forward rapidly with focus and determination.
・Illumination: Articulating and sharing visions and objectives, brightening the path.
・New Creation: Letting go of old frameworks and giving shape to entirely new value.
Our office will exert its strength as your alter ego in the "illumination" and "acceleration" aspects.
2: Fujita Create Studio's "Wall-Hitting" Work
▼2-1. What is "Wall-Hitting"?
"Wall-hitting" (壁打ち) is a term originally derived from individual practice in ball sports like tennis or baseball. It refers to a method of nurturing, organizing, and clarifying new business ideas or concepts through dialogue, valuing intuition and sensitivity.
Unarticulated discomfort, wishes, fantasies, and concepts. Our office's wall-hitting involves carefully receiving, unraveling, translating, structuring these, and then distilling them into a story that resonates with society and an actionable plan.
I am not an instructor who provides correct answers. I am an accompanying catalyst/external device that draws out the other person's aspirations and uniqueness, helping them move forward. It might be similar to pelvic adjustment, gently aligning what's out of place so that the person can walk on their own strength.
▼2-2. From "Talk and Done" to "Act and Continue"
Until now, wall-hitting often ended with a dialogue on the spot, leaving participants feeling refreshed. Of course, there is value in clarifying thoughts through dialogue. However, if satisfaction comes merely from talking, and then by the next morning, one returns to daily routines, the ignited passion will fade.
In 2026, our office's wall-hitting will graduate from "talk and done."
We will transform the aspirations and ideas generated during wall-hitting into a "tangible form" such as a research report or a draft business plan. Based on this, participants will take small, concrete actions. The insights gained from these actions will then be brought back to the next wall-hitting session. By creating this cycle of "dialogue → report → action → next dialogue," we will establish a mechanism where aspirations do not fade but continue to grow.
In other words, wall-hitting will become a "line" rather than a "point." It will not only unravel ambiguities but also reweave them, translating them into a story that reaches society and an actionable plan, leading to the next step. That is wall-hitting as a "Heat Catalyst."
▼2-3. "Accompaniment" (伴奏) type, not "Running Alongside" (伴走) type
What our office strives for is "accompaniment" (伴奏), not "running alongside" (伴走). We don't just run parallel; we match the melody of the individual's aspirations, sometimes adding harmony, sometimes keeping rhythm, and sometimes improvising. We provide accompaniment tailored to each "song" (business or dream).
▼2-4. Co-creation with Generative AI as a Partner
A major turning point in 2025 was embracing generative AI, including ChatGPT PRO, Gemini, and Claude, as partners. Basic research from public information is now largely completed through deep research by generative AI, enabling the creation of 10-20 page research reports in a few hours.
However, while generative AI's writing is well-organized, it doesn't resonate with the heart. Ultimately, "starting with passion" is key, and that is a human capability that generative AI cannot replicate. Therefore, we will delegate what can be entrusted to AI, and in the resulting free space, we will focus on creative activities and dialogue, which are our true passions.
3: The Journey of 5 Years of Adventure and the Challenge of the 6th Year
▼3-1. Five Years of Progress
・Year 1 (2021): A start amidst the storm of the COVID-19 pandemic. A year of sowing seeds relentlessly.
・Year 2 (2022): Debut at public support organizations. A year of training, following in the footsteps of seniors and building fundamental support capabilities.
・Year 3 (2023): Increased expert dispatches and seminar appearances, a year when buds began to open.
・Year 4 (2024): The "Fujita style" was established, yielding colorful fruits.
・Year 5 (2025): Co-created with AI, venturing into unknown territories such as local zebras and effectuation.
▼3-2. Dream for the 6th Year
In 2026, our 6th year, instead of "accepting all comers," we will deeply and intensely engage with those who value and receive our "fire" (passion).
We will integrate logic and sensibility, enjoying this era without definitive answers together with like-minded people, and actualizing new value. To achieve this, we will focus on three initiatives:
① Maximizing human creativity and potential
Through wall-hitting and dialogue, we will leverage human creativity and uniqueness to foster creative and emergent chemical reactions, supporting and practicing their realization.
② Integration of theory and practice
We will proceed along three axes: public support, private support (like fee-for-service support), and becoming an "insider" as a management professional. Common to all is ensuring that wall-hitting does not end with just "talking." After dialogue, we will leave behind tangible forms such as research reports and action plans, connecting them to the next step.
③ Being multifaceted
We will realize even one new business or startup through flat co-creation and collaboration with different experts in areas such as social problem-solving businesses, social startups, deep tech, life sciences, agriculture, and inbound tourism, forming project teams.
4: Reflecting on the Journey of April Dream — Four Years of Announcing Dreams
Since 2022, we have released a press release every April 1st for April Dream. Looking back, it directly reflects the growth and changes of our office.
▼2022 (1st time): "Implementing free consulting coaching to achieve dreams for the first 100 people, and holding a summit of 100 people whose dreams came true."
Just over a year after opening, I boldly declared "100 people" with momentum. The achievement rate was about 10%, but it was by trying that I realized I am a "sustained type" rather than an "instantaneous type." It was a real feeling and sensation understood only because I set a hypothesis and acted. I want to praise myself for hypothesizing 100 people at that time (laughs).
▼2023 (2nd time): "By translating dreams and putting them into action, we will contribute to creating a sustainable and rich society where diverse innovations continue to occur for everyone."
Despite experiencing setbacks, there were moments of serendipity. The two words "translation" and "action" emerged, and I realized that the process of verbalizing unarticulated dreams and aspirations through dialogue could be the seed for generating action. This was the year of that realization.
▼2024 (3rd time): "Through wall-hitting, we unravel, connect, and organize individual and business dreams, leading to action and realization."
Being labeled "Fujita-san means wall-hitting" made wall-hitting my core. This was the year when the sensations of unraveling, connecting, and organizing became tangible. The press release also featured many diagrams overflowing with enthusiasm.
▼2025 (4th time): "Through wall-hitting, we unravel business possibilities and create a colorful future for society."
Co-creation with generative AI finally gave me a sense of mastery over "my own words and expressions." The unfounded conviction that "this field might not be mainstream, but there are definitely people who need it" gradually grew into a belief. This was the year I could finally say, "This is my path."
▼And 2026 (5th time): "As a Heat Catalyst, igniting aspirations and unraveling business possibilities through wall-hitting to bring them to fruition."
Wall-hitting will not end with just "talking." We will create a cycle of dialogue → report → action → next dialogue, establishing a mechanism where aspirations do not fade but continue to grow. We will deeply and intensely deliver the "fire" we found over five years to those who receive it.
5: To All Those with Aspirations
To those who work early mornings and late nights, dealing with customers and stakeholders, and working in front of computers.
You have something you absolutely want to do. You're sure it would be great. But you can't quite put it into words yet. You want to talk to someone, but you feel like they won't understand.
In such times, why not try wall-hitting?
I want to work with the one person out of ten who values me. To reach that one person, I continue to write these words.
Instead of searching for the correct answer, we will "make" the path we passionately chose the correct one, together with those around us and our partner, generative AI.

▼Changing the form of wall-hitting — From "Talk and Done" to "Act and Continue"
The monthly regular workshops, which we have continued since our establishment, will conclude their role in 2026. The term "wall-hitting" has become widely known, and generative AI now makes it easy to do. That's why our office will take a step beyond "just wall-hitting" and evolve into a service where "form" and "action" remain after the wall-hitting.

We will conduct in-depth, one-on-one wall-hitting with entrepreneurs who have aspirations. The content of the dialogue will be provided in a "tangible form" as a research report or business organization memo. Based on this, small actions will be taken, and the insights gained from these actions will be brought to the next wall-hitting session. This cycle of "dialogue → report → action → next dialogue" ensures that aspirations do not fade but continue to grow. Dates will be adjusted individually upon consultation.
