Fujifilm Business Innovation Corp. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Naoki Hama) will open "Growth & Innovation Lab.", a human resource development base in Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo, on April 1, 2026. This hub, where diverse talent learns, interacts, and grows through practice to accelerate new value creation, will serve as a core center to promote organizational transformation starting from human resource development, fostering a place where talent can interact across generations and specialized fields, leading to challenges and co-creation.

Our company emphasizes connecting the growth of each employee to organizational change, aiming to evolve into a "company that creates change" by fostering talent who create change and produce results through proactive judgment and action. Growth & Innovation Lab. is positioned as a "comprehensive human development hub" that embodies this philosophy, where each employee can learn regardless of their position or specialty, and generate new ideas and challenges through dialogue and trial-and-error. To embody the hub's concept of "Open, Free, Borderless," we have created an environment where diverse talent can learn and interact within the same facility, in addition to a widely open spatial design.

An Open Environment Where Diverse Talent Gathers and Learns Together

This facility, with approximately 5,500 square meters of open learning space, is large for a human resource development hub in the city center. It is an open hub where people with diverse backgrounds, primarily employees from both domestic and international locations, gather daily. By utilizing the same space for learning and interaction among individuals with different roles and experiences, it will serve as a "talent hub" that stimulates each other. Furthermore, leveraging this open environment, we will provide students with opportunities to deepen their understanding of the company and job roles through practical experience internships. We also plan to organize events and seminars inviting external experts to promote interaction with the outside world.

Borderless Development that Intersects Across Generations and Specialized Fields

We will implement development measures at this hub tailored to the characteristics and growth stages of diverse talent, including AI/DX personnel, junior employees, and global talent. By conducting a variety of training programs and initiatives at the same facility, a key feature is that it fosters interaction and mutual understanding among individuals across generations, specialized fields, and career stages, promoting new ideas.

Free Learning Emphasizing Practice and Dialogue

At this facility, in addition to systematic education in specialized fields within AI/DX, we will conduct practical training using real-world business challenges as subject matter. Through these initiatives, we will strengthen our overall system for driving projects from technology development to customer implementation. Furthermore, by combining liberal arts training to cultivate multifaceted thinking with programs that involve envisioning future businesses and proposing them to management, we will enhance the development of next-generation leaders equipped with both business perspectives and strategic thinking. These training programs are structured to emphasize dialogue and trial-and-error among participants, supporting "free learning" where individuals can choose their own learning methods and engagement, fostering proactive growth.

At this facility, we will accelerate the creation of new value starting from human resource development by implementing tailored development measures for diverse talent based on their characteristics and growth stages within an open, free, and borderless environment, thereby promoting interaction and mutual understanding across generations and specialized fields.
